ACADEMIC TRAINING

Our goal is to assist program participants in meeting apprenticeship and employer entry requirements. We do this by hiring state-certified educators who are familiar with summative and formative assessments and who have strong track records in closing performance gaps.

Academic Programs

Our academic programs focus on construction math and reading, to ensure that trainees can follow multi-step directions clearly that they may be provided with during the course of their work day. We provide:

  • Math Enrichment Classes

  • Math Pre, Mid-Point & End of Course Assessments

  • Reading Comprehension Classes

  • Reading Pre, Mid-Point & End of Course Assessments, and courses on

  • Test Taking Strategies
